Grab a Seat at UC Tech – Registration is Now Open

It’s live... Registration for the 2026 UC Tech Annual Conference is now open! Join us in person at UC Merced from July 8-10 as we reflect, reforge, and reimagine UC through a diverse lineup of sessions that’ll leave you inspired, informed, and connected.

Before You Register  

  • Registration Cost & Attendance: $300. The event is open to UC employees and committed sponsor representatives.  
  • Session Proposal & Award Submitters: Submissions are being reviewed, and decisions will be released in mid-April. If your submission is accepted, the primary submitter will receive an email regarding complimentary registration.

How to Register – Two Steps

Step 1: Complete payment in Transact

  • When you begin registration, you’ll land on the UCOP Events homepage. Select UC Tech Conference Registration, fill out your information, and click Add to cart. You’ll be redirected back to the homepage.
  • Click Checkout or the cart icon to proceed to payment.
  • After payment, check your email for your receipt. Copy the Receipt Number.

Step 2: Continue to the registration form in Guidebook

  • Use the link in your Transact email receipt to access the registration form.
  • Provide your preferences and Receipt Number to finalize your registration.

*Your registration is NOT finalized until BOTH steps are completed, or your spot may be released.
