
A preview of the full program for the 2026 UC Tech Annual Conference is available. Log in to Guidebook through your web browser and start adding sessions of interest to your personal schedule!
Program times are intended to be close to final, though changes may occur due to conflicts or room availability. A finalized program will be released closer to the conference.
Note: Access to the program is currently only available to fully registered attendees. Attendees will need to log in to Guidebook with the email used to register to view the program.
Log In and View the Full Program
Logging in to Guidebook for the First Time
Login Instructions
- Click this Guidebook link to view the full conference program.
- You will be directed to a Guidebook login page asking for your email.
- Enter the UC or company email that you used to register, and click Continue.
- You will receive a login link to your email from guidebot@guidebook.com.
- Open the email and click Login.
- You will be redirected to Guidebook and automatically logged in, where you can view the conference program.

Guidebook Features
On the Guidebook webpage, you will see five tabs in the left sidebar:
- General Info: See basic conference time, date, and location.
- Schedule: Browse the conference program for sessions.
- Speakers: Explore the list of UC Tech speakers and learn more about them.
- Sponsors: Learn about the organizations supporting UC Tech, including their mission and services.
- My Schedule: View the sessions you added to your personal schedule.
Interacting with the Schedule Tab
Hereβs what you can do in the Schedule tab.
View Session Details
Click on any session to view its description, program track, speakers, and details.
Add Sessions to My Schedule
There are two ways to add a session.
- In the Schedule, click the Add button on the right side of the session.
- Or click on a session to open its details, then click the Add to My Schedule button on the right side of the session.
When a session is added, the button will change to Added. You can view all added sessions in the My Schedule tab.
Remove Sessions
In the Schedule, My Schedule, or session details: Click the Added button on the right side of the session to remove it from My Schedule. The change will happen immediately.
Filter Sessions
In the Schedule or My Schedule: Use the Tracks on the right sidebar to filter sessions by program track, session format, and events. You can also use the search bar to find specific session titles.
