The Planning Committee recently hosted an insightful Call for Proposals office hour for the 2026 UC Tech Annual Conference, where participants could drop in, share concerns about their writing, and get feedback from experienced speakers on how to fine-tune their proposal to stand out to reviewers and attendees.

The 2026 UC Tech Annual Conference Call for Proposals is now live! To help UC staff and faculty with the proposal submission process, the Planning Committee will host an office hour session on Thursday, March 12th from 9-10 a.m.

Submissions for the 2026 UC Tech Annual Conference Call for Proposals are open Monday, March 2nd until Monday, March 30 at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific Time).

The conference accepts proposal submissions from UC staff and faculty, first-time and seasoned speakers alike. There are seven areas of focus, known as program tracks, that will shape this year’s conference agenda. Submitters whose proposals are accepted will be invited to speak at the 2026 UC Tech Annual Conference, which will be held from July 8-10 at UC Merced.
